为苋科植物红褐毛牛膝的根。

【药性】

微甘，酸。

舒筋活血，利尿通经：用于治疗疔疮，痈疽，腰膝疼痛，通利小便，经闭强精等。水煎服，或外用捣敷。

【用量用法】

5—10g，水煎服。
