为龙舌兰科灌木植物朱蕉的叶。

【药性】

甘、淡，凉。归肝、胃经。

1．凉血止血：用于吐血，咯血，衄血，尿血便血，痔血，月经过多，外伤出血等。
2．理气散瘀止痛：用于跌打伤痛，肝胃气痛，经闭，难产等。

【用量用法】

6—15g，水煎服。
