为蔷薇科植物南水扬梅的根及全草。

【药性】

甘，温。

益气，补血，养阴，健脾，润肺化痰。用于虚损劳伤、虚弱咳嗽，白带、月经不调，高血压等。多单方煎服。

【用法用量】

9—20g，水煎服。外用适量。
