为茄科植物莨菪的干燥成熟种子。

【药性】

苦，温；有大毒。

解痉，镇痛，安神：用于胃痉挛、胃痛、腹泻、脱肛、神经痛、咳嗽哮喘等。

【药理作用】

抑制腺体分泌。对呼吸中枢有兴奋作用。

【用量用法】

0.5—1.5g，水煎服。外用适量。
