为葡萄科藤本植物爬山虎的根、茎。

【药性】

甘，涩，温。

祛风通络，活血解毒：用于风湿关节疼痛，外用治跌打损伤，痈节肿痛等症。

【化学成分】

含矢本菊素。种子含油28％，其中软脂酸、硬脂酸、油酸、棕榈油酸、亚油酸等。

【用量用法】

5—10g，水煎服。外用适量。
