为藜科植物土荆芥的全草。

【药性】

辛，温；有毒。

祛风，杀虫，通经，止痛。用治皮肤风湿痹痛，钩虫、蛔虫，痛经，经闭，皮肤湿疹，蛇虫咬伤等。

【化学成分】

全草含挥发油，油中主成分为驱蛔素、对聚伞花素，及其他萜类物质。

【用法用量】

3—6g，水煎服，或入剂。
