为节肢动物门昆虫纲叩头虫科有沟叩头虫等的干燥全虫。

【药性】

辛，温。

强筋健骨，除疟疾：主要用于筋骨酸痛，四肢痿痹，疟疾等。

【用法用量】

1—9个，去头、足及翅，焙干研末冲服。外用适量。

【注】

其幼虫叫“金针虫”。
